March 30, 2007 - At a gala ribbon-cutting ceremony, rapidly expanding contractor Master Builders of South Florida celebrated the opening of Porter Place, located in Hypoluxo, Florida. MBSF was awarded the $13.8 million contract by prestigious Atlanta developer York Residential to build the mixed-use development in one of South Florida’s most rapidly growing communities.


June 29, 2007 - “We want to thank South Florida Federal Partners, LLC for their trust in awarding MBSF this significant portion of an important project for the Department of Homeland Security which is under the construction administration of the General Services Administration.
