COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT
The Master Builders of South Florida team is responsible for numerous commercial structures throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States. During the three decades prior to 1999, these projects were delivered by James M. Beeson Construction. In 1999, the decision was made to make a thorough commitment to the South Florida residential and commercial community, and the company’s name was changed to reflect this new, focused direction. MBSF inherited the talent and experience of the earlier company, most significantly, its founder, Jim Beeson, Jr.
Of the company’s early projects, most recognizable are eight of the Boston Market restaurants in Florida, as well as many Home Depots and CVS pharmacy locations. Current examples of projects MBSF has built or is in the process of completing or completely renovating include Plaza Las Americas in the city of Margate (26,279 Square feet,) the Bank of America Building in Lauderdale Lakes (40,000 square feet) and the 1400 Building on East Oakland Park Boulevard (28,800 square feet.)
MBSF has become increasingly active in the mixed-use development field with such projects as Woodland Park Estates, The Pines at Sunrise, Prime 31, L.L.C. and Wilton Center. These mixed-use projects offer residential areas with up to 95 TownHome units, paired with business centers of up to 43,000 square feet of commercial and office space.
